Based on Experience
We like to use the term "Focus" to describe ourselves. It speaks volumes. Our PCS group is a focused team that concentrates its efforts solely on the placement of quality project control professionals.
Since FootBridge’s inception in early 2000, we supported project control staffing but not as a stand-alone solution. Starting in early 2006, we began to predict the need for quality project control professionals was on the rise and becoming a constant need for most companies we worked with. However, the recruitment of these professionals became increasingly challenging, as these candidates were difficult to profile and in high demand. Rather then turn away from these positions we instead elected to put our focus into them. And that is where we are today.
FootBridge PCS embraces the individuality of the market and requests our clients and future partners to consider us for our value in solving vast project control staffing problems. Today we are one of the only staffing companies to embrace this market and it has become an integral part of our client PCS solution.
